We offer a 30-day warranty on all items, effective from the date of delivery. We take full responsibility for any damage occurring in transit or if a product breaks on first or second use within those 30 days.
Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund. Prompt notification is essential to allow the shipping company to investigate and for us to file a claim on your behalf.

If more than 30 days have passed since dispatch and you still have not received your item, we are unfortunately unable to resolve the issue.
